We also participate in selected affiliate programs run directly by pet brands we trust and through networks such as Chewy and Partnerize. We disclose specific partnerships within individual articles where required.
How recommendations are made
We recommend products based on independent research, hands-on testing where possible, and the experience of the dog owners on our team. We do not accept payment in exchange for positive coverage, and the existence of an affiliate relationship never determines what we recommend. If a popular product has significant drawbacks, we will say so — even when we earn a commission on it.
